IHEC to announce Nineveh elections results Wednesday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission IHEC will announce the final results of the Provincial Council’s elections in Nineveh province in few minutes from now.

The IHEC has announced on last Tuesday evening the final results of the Anbar PC Elections and postponed announcing the results of Nineveh PC elections till Wednesday because the results were not completed.

The deputy chairman of IHEC, Kate’ al-Zawbae stated to IraqiNews.com Wednesday “The Commissioners Board of IHEC will hold a meeting to verify the final results of Nineveh PC elections,” noting that “The results will be announced during a press conference to be held on Wednesday afternoon.”
