2 Terrorist operations foiled in Anbar

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A security force managed to foil two terrorist operations that targeted the headquarter of the first regiment of the seventh division within Anbar Operations Command.The Ministry of Defense reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday ”The elements of the Iraqi Army/ Seventh Division/ of Anbar Operations Command succeeded in foiling two terrorist operations that targeted the headquarter of the IA Division.””The first terrorist operation was represented in two car bombs driven by suicide bombers in an attempt to detonate the car bombs at the entrance of the regiment headquarter, but, the security forces managed to stop them before they reach the headquarter of the Army regiment,” the statement added.”The second terrorist operation was an armored vehicle carrying terrorists which the security forces managed to burn and kill the terroristss inside it to prevent them from detonating their explosives,” the statement concluded.
