Urgent – 5 persons injured in Taji

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Five civilians were injured on Saturday due to an Improvised Explosive Device IED inside an auto repair shop to the north of Baghdad.

Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “An IED that was emplaced inside auto repair shop exploded, resulted in wounding five civilians in Taji district, 30 km to the north of Baghdad.”

“The explosion caused material damages to the intended shop as well as the adjacent shops and the nearby cars while the police transported the injured persons to a hospital for treatment,” the source added.
