MoE instructs to accelerate rehabilitation of Khur al-Zubair Gas station

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Electricity assured the importance to accelerate the rehabilitation of Khur al-Zubair Gas station.The Ministry of Electricity reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Minister of Electricity, Karim Aftan al-Jumali, instructed to accelerate the rehabilitation of Khur al-Zubair Gas station and thus the Director General of Electricity Power Production Directorate in Basra province, Zaki al-Saad, met a delegation of the French Company (Alstom ), which assumes the rehabilitation of the Gas station, within the context of its contract with the Ministry of Electricity.””The meeting tackled the most importance works that were accomplished by the French company, ” the statement pointing out, noting that ”The French company was instructed to accelerate the rehabilitation of the Gas station in order to increase the production of the station to reach (70 MW).”. \END\
