2 Sahwa elements wounded in Tikrit [07/11/2013]

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) Two Sahwa elements were wounded when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in Shurqat district of northern Tikrit city.Security source told IraqiNews.com ”The IED, which was emplaced near a Sahwa security checkpoint, exploded in Kaunas village of Shurqat district of northern Salah-il-Din province, ” noting that ”Two Sahwa elements were wounded due to the explosion.””The security forces attended the explosion scene and transported the wounded to the hospital for treatment,” the source added.
