Maliki confirms necessity of developing relations with Korea

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, confirmed then necessity of developing relations with Korea in all levels.

A statement by Maliki’s office received by IraqiNews.com “Maliki received the Parliament Speaker of Korea at his office in Baghdad on Saturday.”

The statement quoted Maliki as saying “The Korean Experiment is valuable for Iraq because Korea suffered from wars like Iraq.”

“Maliki invited the President of Korea to visit Iraq to upgrade relations,” the statement added.

“The Korean Speaker assured that his country is seeking to develop its relations with Iraq especially in building field and Basmaya city is a good example in this regard,” the statement concluded.
