Urgent – Barzani to deliver important speech on Tuesday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, will deliver an important speech on Tuesday.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan cited “Barzani will deliver an important speech on Tuesday.”

The speech is expected to be about Barzani’s stance concerning extending his term for two more years.

Earlier, the parliament of Kurdistan Region decided to extend Barzani’s term for two years as suggested by the PUK amid protests by the opposition.
