Kobler praises settling Iraq, Kuwait pending issues

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Special Representative of the UN’s Secretary General to Iraq, Martin Kobler, praised settling the pending issues between Iraq and Kuwait.

The Kuwaiti KUNA news Agency quoted Kobler while reporting UNAMI’s repot to the UN Security Council, as saying “I am very satisfied over settling the pending issues between Iraq and Kuwait and we call them to start a new phase of the mutual relations that involve the peoples of the two countries, the MPs, the Youth Assemblies and the Football teams not only the politicians,” noting that “It is the suitable time for this phase after relieving Iraq from the Seventh Chapter of the UN’s Charter.”
