Casualties of Muqdadiya suicide bombing rise to 65 deaths, injuries

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) The death toll of the suicide bombing that targeted a mosque in Muqdadiya district in Diyala province on Friday reached 65 deaths and injuries.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The explosion resulted in killing 22 and injuring 43 others among those who were performing the prayer.”

“Ambulances transferred about 20 injured citizens from Baquba Hospital to Baghdad due to their critical status,” the source concluded.
