Judiciary behind delay of settling corruption files, says Shiheli

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Jawad al-Shiheli, member of Integrity Parlaimentary Committee pointed out “The judiciary is behind the delay of settling the corruption files.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The corruption files are referred to the judicial specialized sides officially,” noting that “The Judicial sides are supposed to settle these files.”

“The delay in settling these files came due to the lack of specialized judges,” he concluded.
