Energy Committee to host Sciences & Technology Minister Sunday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of the parliament Oil & Energy Committee, Suzan al-Sa’ad announced on Saturday that “The Committee will host the Minister of Sciences & Technology tomorrow to discuss the law draft of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Board.”

Sa’ad mentioned “Hosting the Minister of Sciences, Abdul Karim al-Samarrai comes to discuss the law draft of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Board to establish specialized board for the nuclear energy’s peaceful uses to invest it at the industrial, agricultural, health and generating electric power sectors and running the water resources and keeping pace with the scientific advancements.”

“The nuclear energy board will support the sustainable development and protect the humans and the environment as per the mechanism of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA),” she added.
