IHEC approves results of Nineveh, Anbar PCs elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission announced settling all the objections against the results of Nineveh and Anbar Provincial Councils elections.

The spokesman of the IHEC, Safa al-Musawi, assured in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “The Judicial Committee of the elections approved the results according to the law.”

“The IHEC will submit the approved results to the two provinces to call for holding the first meetings of the two PCs,” he concluded.
