Motahidoun calls Anbar former, new Governors to start new phase

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Waleed al-Mohamadi, of Motahidoun Alliance headed by the Parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, called the former and new Governors of Anbar to forget the disputes and start a new phase.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “I called the former Governor of Anbar province, Mohammed al-Fahdawi, to cooperate with the new Governor and start a new phase to serve the citizens of Anbar province.”

“The former government of Anbar province and its Provincial Council had many positive points and they must not be ignored where we are all human and we commit mistakes,” he added.

He called the new Governor to “Make use of the experiences of the former governments of Anbar and work on sustaining stability and security in the province.”

“The new government represents all the sides of Anbar province and accepted by all the tribes where we do not aim at discriminating any side,” he concluded.
