Urgent – .Political Bureau of Sadr Trend: Sadr quits interference in political, social issues

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Political Bureau of the Sadr Trend confirmed that the head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, quitted interfering in the political and social issues.

A statement by the Committee received by IraqiNews.com cited “The periodical meeting of the Bureau that was headed by the head of the Secretary General of Ahrar bloc, Dhiya al-Asadi, discussed Sadr’s decision in this regard.”

“The attendants of the meeting asked Sadr to reconsider his decision,” the statement added.
