Nusayif calls government to hold pact with Jordan, Syria, Lebanon over terrorism

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusayif, of the Hurra Iraqiya bloc called the government to hold a pact with Jordan, Syria and Lebanon to face terrorism and the media extremism done by some media outlets.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, she said “Due to the disturbed situation in the region that increases the sectarian sedition, there is a need to hold an international pact with the neighboring countries such as Jordan, Syria and Lebanon to set effective plans to fight terrorism and the international extremism.”

She expressed her hope to include “Setting some conditions to fight the media outlets that adopts sectarianism.”
