Security officer injured northern Tikrit

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) A security officer within the Iraqi police was injured in the left side of Shurqat district of northern Tikrit.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Unidentified gunmen attacked al-Salaam Police Station in Kanous area of Shurqat district to injure a police officer with Captain Rank.”

“A security force hurried to the incident area and transferred the injured officer to the nearby hospital for treatments,” the source concluded.
