Electoral employees nominated for elections of Kurdistan Region

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission held the lottery for choosing the electoral employees for the elections of Kurdistan Region.

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan quoted the Deputy Head of the IHEC in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, as saying “About 74758 applicants submitted their applications to the IHEC where the IHEC needs only 40551.”

Separately, the Media Advisor of the Kurdistani Regional Government stated that the Kurdistan RegionG will meet with the IHEC on Sunday to discuss the possibility of holding the local and the parliamentary elections at the same time according to the request of the IHEC.
