Iraqi Army soldiers killed in western Mosul [08/22/2013]

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Two Iraqi Army soldiers were killed in western Mosul on Thursday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Unidentified gunmen opened fire against an IA checkpoint in al-Islah al-Zirayi neighborhood killing two soldiers.”

“A security force hurried to the attack area and transferred the dead to the morgue,” the source concluded.
