Hurra Iraqiya Coalition insists to cancel Khur Abdulla navigation convention

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Hurra Iraqiya Coalition assured the continuity to cancel the navigation convention in Khur Abdulla which was concluded between Iraq and Kuwait.The Head of Hurra Iraqiya Coalition, Qutayba al-Jabouri, reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”We have collected about (80) signatures from MPs demanding to revoke this convention and pledged to continue in this path till the navigation convention is canceled.””Some political blocs oppose some items in the convention while the Hurra Iraqiya Coalition is rejecting it in total,” he added.The Parliament voted for endorsement of navigation convention between Iraq and Kuwait in Khur Abdulla on last August, the convention stipulates that all the ships sailing in the water channel should not be flagged.
