Babel Governor denies process of displacing families in northern Babel

Babel (IraqiNews.com) Babel Governor, Sadiq Madlol al-Sultani, denied reports of process of displacing families in al-Iskandariya district of northern Babel for sectarian reasons.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “This area becomes stable after the military operations conducted by the security forces against the terrorists in the area.”

“There is electoral propaganda behind these exaggerated reports that aim at destabilizing the security situation in the province,” he assured.

He confirmed “Holding meetings with the chieftains in these areas to discuss the means of dismissing terrorist from their areas.”
