Barzani hopes elections to pass amid quiet, peaceful environment

Dohuk (IraqiNews.com) The President of the Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani, considered Kurdistan Region as the home for all Kurds in the world where they can live with pride and called them to participate in the Kurdistani elections.Barzani stated during a mass celebration that was held in Dohuk province attended by senior officials and the correspondent of IraqiNews.com ”We call upon all people to head towards the ballot centers and participate in the elections which we hope to pass amid honest and peaceful ambience.”The elections of Kurdistan Region are scheduled to be held on 21 / September where (1129) candidates from (31) Kurdish political entities are competing to win (100) seats, in addition to the (11) seats that will be granted for minorities in the province. \END\
