Dhi-Qar PC elects chairmen for its 22 committee

Dhi-Qar, Nassiriya (IraqiNews.com) The Provincial Council of Dhi-Qar province held an urgent session to elect the chairmen for all its committees and vote for simple amendment on its bylaw.A source of Dhi-Qar PC told IraqiNews.com ”The Dhi-Qar United Coalition, which includes the Citizens Bloc, Ahrar Bloc and the Community Party, was granted (11) committees while Dhi-Qar Sons Alliance, which includes the State of Law Coalition, Tathamin, Badr Organization and Wafa Bloc, was granted (11) committees also.””The amendment within Dhi-Qar PC was to increase the committees members from two to five members except in some committees and the post name of the Secretary General of the Provincial Council was changed to the Council Affairs Secretary,” the source concluded. \END\
