Maliki arrives in Dhi-Qar to celebrate launching production of Gharaf oil field

Dhi-Qar (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, arrived in Dhi-Qar province on Saturday morning.

IraqiNews.com reporter mentioned “Maliki, who was accompanied by the Deputy Premier for Energy Affairs, Hussein al-Shihristani, and the Oil Minister, Abdul Kareem Leibi, will participate in the celebrating the start of Gharaf oil field production of 35.000 barrel /per day.”

“Maliki will meet the chieftains of Rifayi district,” the reporter concluded.
