Corruption negatively affects government, security forces performance, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hussein al-Shireifi, of Ahrar bloc stressed “Corruption became a threat for the livinghood of the citizens and it is negatively affected the performance of the government and the security forces.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The corrupted figures are stealing the public funds openly before the supervisory sides especially Integrity Committee.”

“Iraq is subject to an attack by the corrupted figures that will ruin the chance to achieve progress,” he concluded.
