Basra, Kuwait to establish joint holding company

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Basra, Majid al-Nasrawi, met the former Minister of Trade of Kuwait, Salah Khurshed, on Tuesday.Basra Governorate reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com on Tuesday ”The two sides discussed the possibility to establish a Joint Holding Company that composed of 25% of Kuwaiti companies and 24% of Iraqi companies while the rest 51% of shares will be for Basra people.”Nasrawi revealed that ”This company will be the first of its kind and it will have a positive influence on the reality of reconstruction in the province.”
