Diwaniya Governor, MP Sajad discuss with Financial Minister allocations for Diwaniya

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Diwaniya and MP Huda Sajjad from Diwaniya province discussed with the Acting Minister of Finance, Ali al-Shukri, the issue of allocating enough funds to rebuild the province.

A statement by MP Sajjad’s office cited “The SLC MP from Diwaniya Huda Sajjad accompanied by the Governor of Diwaniya Ammar al-Madani, met the Minister of Finance Ali al-Shukri and discussed with him the budget allocated for Diwaniya for 2014 and the projects necessary for the province during this budget.”

“Both sides also discussed the issue of delayed projects and means of settling the impediments that hinder accomplishing these projects,” according to the statement.
