Baldawi: Maliki receives 2 invitiations by Obama to visit Washington

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mufeed al-Baldawi, of the State of Law Coalition announced that the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, recived two invitiations by theUS President, Barrack Obama, to visit Washington.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “Maliki’s visit to Washington is to activate the security pact and to dicsuss the ongoing Syrian crisis.”

“At the end of Ocober, Maliki will head a key delegation to visit Washington,” he added, noting that “Maliki received two invitations from Obama, but the visit was postponed till the end of October.”
