13 civilians killed, injured in Wasit

Wasit (IraqiNews.com) 13 persons were killed and injured when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in Wasit province.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “An IED exploded near a farm in Siwaira area of northern Wasit province to result in killing seven persons and injuring six others.”

“A security force hurried to the explosion area and transported the injuries to the nearby hospital and the dead bodies to the morgue,” the source concluded.
