Kurds hinder reaching agreement over elections law, says Sayhoud

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohamed al-Sayhoud, of the State of Law Coalition accused the Kurdistani Alliance of hindering reaching agreement over the elections law.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The main disputes among the political blocs and especially with the KA that want to serve its interests regardless the constitutional rights of other provinces are hurdling the endorsement of this law.”

“Endorsement this law was settled by the political blocs but the KA reconsidered its stance and this may result in adopting the former law,” he concluded.
