Babel PC member calls to specify emergency budget

Babel (IraqiNews.com) The member within Babel Provincial Council, Mohammed al-Masoudi, called the central and local governments to specify an independent emergency budget where the lack of such budget makes the citizens in a dangerous situation due to the limited authorities of the local governments.”

“Most of the budget is specified for the investment and building where this dangerous issue is not dangerous in spite of the continuity of the terrorist attacks,” he added.

“It is necessary to discuss this issue through 2014 budget and inform the central government over the results of the meeting,” he concluded.
