Urgent – Anbar PC dismisses security leaders

Anbar, Ramadi (IraqiNews.com) The Provincial Council of Anbar province decided to dismiss several security leaders who are responsible for protecting several districts and areas in Ramadi city, within Anbar province.The Chairman of Anbar Provincial Council, Sabah Karhot, declared in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “The security forces managed to arrest a Tunisian suicide bomber wearing an explosive vest in Jazerat al-Ramadi area,” noting that “The Explosive Ordinance Disposal Experts Unit managed to defuse the explosive vest and delivered the terrorist to the judiciary authority.”The Provincial Council of Anbar province has held an urgent session with Anbar Governor, Ahmed Khalaf, and several security leaders to discuss deterioration in security situation in Anbar province.”Anbar PC decided to dismiss several security leaders who are responsible for providing protection for several areas in Ramadi city due to increase in security breaches,” the statement concluded. \END\
