5 civilians killed, injured northeastern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Five civilians were either killed or injured due to explosion of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) northeastern Baghdad on Thursday evening.

“An IED exploded in Husseiniya area of northeastern Baghdad on Thursday evening, killing a civilian and injuring four others,” security source reported to IraqiNews.com.

“Ambulances rushed to the incident location and transferred the dead body to the morgue and the injured people to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
