Najaf announces success of Eid al-Ghadier security plan

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) The security committee in Najaf Provincial Council announced the success of the security plan dedicated for Eid al-Ghadier in Najaf province.The Head of Security Committee in Najaf PC, Khalid al-Gashmai, declared in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”There were no security breaches occurred during conducting rituals of Eid al-Ghadier,” noting that ”The implementation of the security plan was accompanied by some traffic jams in the roads that the people walked on heading towards Najaf province to commemorate rituals of Eid al-Ghadier.”Najaf province developed a security plan on the occasion of Eid al-Ghadier, with the participation of (30,000) security elements, while Najaf Provincial Council allocated IQD (100) million for this occasion in particular. \END\
