Christian MP praises Sadr’s stances in refusing Christians’ departure from Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Christian MP, Imad Yokhana, praised the stance of the head of Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, in rejecting the Christians’ departure from Iraq.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “We praise Sadr’s strong and clear stances in confronting the challenges that the Christians face in Iraq.”

“Christians are part of Iraqis and protecting them is the task of the government,” he mentioned.

“Christians should remain in their country and avoid immigration,” he concluded.
