Iraq participates in meetings of executive office of Arab ministers of environment

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Iraq participated in the meetings of the executive office of Arab ministers of environment which held at the headquarter of Arab League in Cairo.The Ministry of Environment reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Iraqi Minister of Environment, Sarkon Lazar, chaired the Iraqi delegation participated in the 24th term of meetings of the executive office of Arab ministers of environment, which was allocated to discuss the risk of oil spots on Lebanese beaches to follow the implementation of economic and strategic projects to reduce the pollution danger.””The agenda of the meeting included the project of green belts in Arab World and the environmental conventions related desertification phenomenon and many other topics,” the statement concluded. \END\
