SLC MP urges KSA to end disputes with Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Mufeed al-Baldawi of the State of Law Coalition urged on Friday “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to respond positively to the Initiative of the Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to open a new page of relations between the two countries.”

Baladawi added in a statement received by IraqiNews.com Friday “Iraq is keen to have good relations with neighboring countries and the region,” noting that “The KSA should respond positively to the call of the Iraqi PM Maliki to end disputes between two countries and start a new phase of good relations.”

“The New Iraq managed to retain the Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations besides the developments in relations with Turkey in addition to Iraqi attempts to build solid relations with all neighboring countries, including KSA, to spread peace and dialogue policy as well as cooperation in confronting terrorism,” MP Baldawi concluded.
