Maliki reveals US mediation to develop Iraq, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, revealed a US mediation to promote the relations between Iraq and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In an interview, Maliki stated “There is a US mediation to resume the relations between Iraq and KSA,” noting that “If the Saudi officials want to promote the relations, Iraq is ready to receive them and the Iraqi officials will visit KSA to settle the disputes.”

“We do not achieve any interests by not having good relations with the other countries and we want a quite area that do not witness any disputes in Iran, Turkey, Kuwait, UAE and Iraq,” he concluded.
