IS MP accuses government of failure in performing service projects [11/10/2013]

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ziyad al-Tharib, of the Iraqiya Slate accused the government of “Failure in performing the service projects.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The Federal Government failed in performing the service projects in spite of huge spent budgets since 2005 where hundreds of billions of USD were spent without useful projects.”

“The plans set for the projects have failed,” he added, noting that “The Planning Ministry holds a big part of the responsibility because it ratifies the cleaning projects and specifies from 50-60 IQD Billions for these useless projects.”

He described the projects implemented by the Government as “temporary remedy.”
