Council of Ministers holds meetings to activate Central Markets

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Citizens and Public Relations Directorate within the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers held a deliberative meeting to get acquainted with the stance of the Ministry of Trade in terms of activating Centeral Markets and invest its buildings.

The Secretariat General of the Cabinet reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The meeting, which was chaired by the Director General Mohamed Taher al-Tamimi, tackled the legal controls that prevent transferring the buildings of Center Markets into commercial centers by providing high quality goods in return of reasonable prices.”

”The attendances of the meeting agreed upon to hold another meeting to be attended by all concerned aspects and representatives of State Budget Directorate within Ministry of Finance in addition to the Ministry of Planning to develop a comprehensive plan aim at investing buildings of Central Markets,” the statement concluded.
