7 gunmen killed western Anbar

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Interior announced on Monday killing seven gunmen who tried to attack a border police station in Qaem district of western Anbar.

Spokesperson of the Interior Ministry Brigadier Saad Maan stated to IraqiNews.com “The sixth Brigade at the Border Guards Area in Anbar province succeeded to kill seven terrorists, among them four gunmen wearing explosive vests, who were trying to attack Suquor Border Station in Qaem area of western Anbar.”

“The border guards adopted the alert state in anticipation of further attacks,” Maan added.
