Khuzai meets Mansour in Kuwait

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Vice-President Kudhayer al-Khuzai confirmed Iraq’s readiness to support the stability of the Arab Region and developing its capacities.

A statement by Khuzai’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited Monday “The Iraqi VP Khuzai met the Egyptian Interim President Adli Mansour during their participation in the third Arab-African Summit held in Kuwait.”

The statement added “The meeting, which was also attended by the Iraqi Foreign Affairs Minister Hoshyar Zibari and the head of the Parliamentary Foreign Relations Humam Hamoudi as well as the Planning Minister Ali al-Shukri, discussed the means of developing mutual Iraqi-Egyptian relations.”

Khuzai emphasized that “Iraq is keen on developing its relations with its neighbors.”

“The Egyptian interim President assured the keenness of the Egyptian Government to continue and activate the mutual relations between both countries on all fields,” according to the statement.
