ISA condemns assassination of Sheikhs, al-Ghanim, al-Jobouri in Basra

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Scholars Assembly condemned the crimes of assassinations Sheikhs, Adnan al-Ghanim, and Kadhim al-Jobouri, in Basra province.

The head of the Assembly stated to IraqiNews.com “These crimes aim at arousing sectarianism.”

“The outlaw armed groups are behind these ugly crimes,” he added.

Earlier, the two assassinated figures were kidnapped a month ago in Basra by unidentified gunmen, their dead bodies were found in eastern Basra on last Monday.
