Turkey: Oil pipeline with Kurdistan Region does not violate Iraqi constitution

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Turkish government announced that installing a pipeline to transport the oil from Kurdistan Region to Turkey “Does not violate Iraqi constitution.”
