Araji, Kuwaiti charge d’affaires discuss mutual relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of al-Ahrar bloc within the Sadr Trend, Baha al-Araji, discussed with the Kuwaiti charge d’affaires the bilateral relations.

A statement by Araji’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Araji visited the Kuwaiti embassy in Baghdad where he met with the Kuwaiti charge d’affaires and the Kuwaiti Deputy Ambassador for the Economic Affairs where they discussed the mutual relations.”

“Araji assured that the traditions of the two countries make them as one country and we have to settle all the pending issue where Iraq allowed the Kuwaiti companies to invest in it and Kuwait has to make use of this chance to built Iraq,” the statement added.

“Araji also assured that there will be more visits to congratulate the new Kuwaiti Ambassador to Iraq,” the statement pointed out, assuring that “The Kuwaiti officials welcomed Araji’s visit.”
