Sadrist MP calls not to involve General Budget law in political disputes, electoral propagandas

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hussein al-Shirifi, of Ahrar bloc within Sadr Trend called the political blocs not to involve the General Budget law in the political disputes and exploit it for the electoral propagandas, criticizing the delay of the government in submitting the Financial Budget Law to the parliament.

He stated to Iraqi News “We call the political blocs to avoid the political disputes and to keep the budget law away from the political affiliations and the electoral propagandas.”

“The delay in submitting the budget law indicates exploiting the budget by certain sides for partisan interests,” he concluded.
