4 Sahwa elements killed western Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Four Sahwa elements were either killed or injured due to a bomb explosion to the west of Tikrit city.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com “A bomb exploded, targeting a patrol for Sahwa elements in Jazira area of western Tikrit,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing a Sahwa element and injuring three others.”

Security forces attended at the explosion site and transported the dead body to the morgue and the injuries to the hospital for treatment, the source added.
