Source: explosion targets Askareen holy shrine southern Salah-il-Din

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A source from the Samarra Operations Command revealed that “An explosion targeted the holy shrine of the Askareen Imams of southern Salah-il-Din province which resulted in killing four security elements last November.”

The source reported to IraqiNews.com “The reason behind the explosion has not been identified yet,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing four security elements, among them two officers, with a brigadier rank, on the mid of last November.”
