Rafidain bloc to join next elections in single slate

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The leader within Rafidain bloc of the Christian Community, Emad Yokhana, announced that the bloc will participate in the upcoming elections with a single slate.

He stated in a press statement received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The bloc decided to participate in the elections in a single slate in five provinces that are Baghdad, Kirkuk, Nineveh, Erbil and Dohouk and it will ally with some other blocs after announcing the elections results.”

“Talking about joining other blocs is too early and Rafidain bloc will be single during the next elections,” he concluded.
