BOC : Sadr explosion caused by IED set inside vehicle

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Baghdad Operations Command announced that Sadr explosion was due to explosion of an Improvised Explosive Device emplaced inside a Kia type vehicle.The official spokesperson of Baghdad Operations Command reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The IED, which was emplaced inside a Kia type vehicle, exploded in Sadr city and resulted in wounding seven civilians while the car bomb, which exploded in Husseiniya area resulted in injuring three persons.”Many explosions whether by car bombs, Improvised Explosive Devices or even Adhesive Explosive Devices occurred in various areas of Baghdad on Sunday evening which resulted in killing and wounding many innocent people. \END\
