Urgent – IP killed while discovering car bomb with explosives detector

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A policeman was killed while discovering a car bomb by the explosives detector (ID) in Hamidhiya checkpoint of northeastern Anbar.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior, Saad Maan, stated to IraqiNews.com “One of the policemen was killed when he discovered a car bomb with the explosives detector (ID).”

“A suicide bomber who was driving the car detonated his explosives when he realized that the IP discovered him, to result in killing the policeman and the suicide bomber,” he concluded.
